for the eighth annual Cruise Industry Hall of Fame, with 2012 inductees
to be honoured at a gala dinner April 28 at cruise3sixty in Fort
Lauderdale. In addition to choosing an outstanding past or present
Cruise Retailer and Cruise Industry Executive, CLIA members are being
asked for the first time to nominate a Cruise Sales Innovator – a

Tours Mont-Royal. TMR, which has 80 employees in Montreal, will

MEDICAL EVACUATION
Coast Guard to the rescue

JAN 2012: On Friday a medical evacuation took place onboard MSC Poesia
while she was approximately 70 miles northwest of Cuba. A 31-year old
male US citizen was medically transported via US Coast Guard helicopter
to nearby Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
